NorthStar strives to excel in services for the individual customers and the communities that we serve. NorthStar offers emergency response and transport with our Advanced Life Support units for the most serious and unfortunate circumstances. We also offer non-emergency patient/patron transport in a number of ways; we offer Basic Life Support for the less serious ill that need prompt service and for patients that need transport from one health care facility to another and/or home, and we also offer our wheel-chair services for our handicapped customers that need transportation to any health care appointments. NorthStar also offers service for many large events such as city festivals and sporting events.
